Touristic apartments that are developed in the scope of the Moeurs Foundation.
Established as a cultural, local development cooperation and environmental sustainability foundation, Moeurs works with the firm commitment to contribute, through partnerships in the public, private and civil society sectors, to sustainable development in a joint approach.
The proposal is integrated with the land, whose morphological characteristics allow a harmonious implementation with nature. The configuration of the floor plan, although regular, assumes a differentiated structure resulting from the existing topographic definition.
The primitive building culture of the dolmen was taken as a starting point. In addition to guaranteeing a strong interaction with the environment, the soul of the proposal is the symbiosis created between the views of the sea, the Cies Islands and the interior spaces.
Created to be an incubator for talent and good ideas, the foundation will sponsor cultural, artistic, and scientific creation and production with a humanist vocation.
